We ship all orders within five business days, unless the products are not in stock. All orders in the US are shipped
FedEx Ground or
USPS, depending on the packages dimensions and destinations, unless you specify another carrier. As soon as your item is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
If the item you order is not in stock, we will contact you with the estimated delivery time and you will have the option to either cancel the order or wait.
Special orders may take 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the nature of the item requested. We will give you our best estimate.
If the order is going outside the US, we will give you an estimate of the shipping costs once you submit your order or inquiry.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a refund or exchange within 15 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on the exchange are also the customers responsibility.
Returns or exchanges should be carefully packed, using the original packing as a guide, prepaid and fully insured.
All damages should be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the order. We might ask you to send pictures of the damaged products. All packing materials and damaged items must be saved for inspection purposes. We will replace the items promptly.
Our customers are the most valuable part of our business and we respect your privacy. We do not sell or divulge information about you to any third parties.
Please keep in mind that all of our items are handcrafted in Mexico, not line produced, therefore slight variations in color and size may occur. The photos we show are very good representation of what you will receive. We will promptly communicate major differences, if any, for you to make a decision.
